Hello Pirates!!!! I am Frank O'Connor. I spent 10 years in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. After the Navy, I went to Texas A&M University Corpus Christi and majored in Kinesiology and special education. I have taught at a couple of schools because my wife, Melody, is an active duty Navy officer. I have a master's in Sport Management/Athletic Administration from California University of Pennsylvania. This is my second time at Swansboro high school. I am excited to be back. 

I have been happily married for 28 years to Melody O'Connor. We have 3 children: Alex, who graduated from Swansboro, Erynn and Tori.

I also coach girls' and boys' golf.
