Hello, my name is Timothy Ryan.  I would like to welcome you to my bio page.  I am a sixth-grade social studies teacher here at Swansboro Middle School.  This is my fifth-year at SBMS and my ninth-year of teaching.  Before coming to SBMS, I taught fourth grade English Language Arts and Social Studies at Queens Creek Elementary.  I enjoy living in our little corner of North Carolina and I look forward to our students coming back to make our community better. 

I am originally from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  I keep tabs on Penn State Football, the Pittsburg Steelers, and the Pittsburg Penguins.  I am also a New York Yankees fan and baseball is my favorite sport.
