Lt Col Richard Dollesin, USAF (Ret)
Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Dollesin completed his military career as the Chief, Communications and Information Systems Plans Section, Communications Division (J6), Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast, Baltic Barracks, Szczecin, Poland. In this capacity, he oversaw HQ MNC NE/J6 operational planning, strategy, policy and resource advocacy for NATO Force Integration Units, enabling NATO forces with responsive command and control, intelligence, and combat support in NATO’s northeast flank.
Lt Col Dollesin earned his commission from the AFROTC Program at the University of California Davis, Davis, California. His career included tours as an Operations Management Officer, Communications and Information Systems Officer and Cyberspace Operations Officer.
Lt Col Dollesin commanded at the squadron level.
