Mrs. Sharon Veitch

Music has always been a part of my life.  I began piano studies at age 4. I have taught Music in the public schools of Detroit, MI, Dallas, TX, Philadelphia, PA, Jacksonville, NC, and private Montessori schools overseas in Naples, Italy, and Jacksonville, NC.   In addition to teaching music in schools, I have always held the position of Organist/Choirmaster in many churches of the same cities and countries.  Many of my piano and voice students have gone on to pursue further professional training and their own careers in music.   

 

  • It is a brand new school year with lots of fun and events to look forward to.  There will be concerts put on by entire grades, a Christmas musical, and a Green Screen Technology Club for every child throughout the entire year.  

    Last year, third graders joined the fourth and fifth graders in learning how to play the recorder and did beautifully.  Several of the fifth graders played for the graduation.  Many compliments were heard about how well the children played.  We are on to more music with the recorders.
