Mrs. Nanni

Welcome to Third Grade!! My name is Cindy Nanni. After becoming empty nesters, my husband and I moved to the coast, last year from Raleigh. I grew up in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia, near WVU University.  I graduated from Fairmont State University with a B.A. in Elementary Education and earned my Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction from Frostburg State University. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher. 

 This will be my 8th year teaching third grade, and my second year with Onslow County. During my 28 years in education, I have taught first and second grade but, I love teaching third grade the most! 

My husband and I have three beautiful daughters, Alexis, Taylor and Morgan. Each are making their impact on the world! Our family loves boating, hanging out at the beach, or any form of water, and watching college football. We love spending time with our family and friends. I enjoy walking my dog Piper, biking around my community and shopping. I also love to watch the sunsets here because they are so pretty.

I am looking forward to a great year and building lasting relationships with all of you!
