Hello Bell Fork Family,

I am from Huntington Beach, California, and have lived there since I was an infant. I love surfing and skiing and have some favorite surf and ski spots in California. I'm hoping to find those favorite places here as well. I am a mother of two grown men of whom I am extremely proud and one of them is working for Onslow County Schools as well. I am also a grandmother of a beautiful little girl who is 9 years old and who I miss immensly. I graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor's in French in 1991 and received my teaching credentials in 2003 from National University. I speak four languages fluently: French, Italian, Spanish, and English. I love languages and have been given the gift of easily learning languages. 

Experience:

I began as a substitute teacher in 1997 then I taught bilingual and dual immersion elementary grades for 5 years. I was then offered a position at a high school job teaching French where I worked for 14 years for a wonderful administration at LAUSD. I miss my high school students as I have had nothing but wonderful memories of being their teacher. I hope to create some wonderful memories as well here at Bell Fork Elementary with my new family. Everyone here has been so nice and helpful and I look forward to working with all of them.
