Mr. David Laughinghouse

Prior to finding my way to Swansboro High School, (the most outstanding school in the world), I worked in Martin County, teaching French to kindergarten through high school students.  I left Martin County and went to work at Lenoir Community College, NOVA, Inc. and Lenoir County Schools.  I have been at Swansboro High School since January of 2002.  Currently I teach all four levels of French, assist with the drama program, and the foreign language club.  Teaching is my passion.  I am very proud of Swansboro High School, our faculty and staff, as well as all of our students.  I think we are doing great things here to prepare our students for their futures beyond high school.
