Counselor Educator Advocate
Small groups are created to help address student needs. Teacher input as well as classroom observations is used to help create groups. Parent permission is required for a student to be involved in a group. Each group typically consists of 6-8 students and meets one to two times a week for about 6 weeks.  Below are some of the groups that may occur throughout the school year.

    • Social Skills
    • Conflict Resolution
    • Anger Management
    • Self-Esteem
  • Mission: The mission of the NWES counseling department is to create and maintain an environment that ensures that every member of the school community reaches a high level of academic achievement as determined by state and national standards.
