Degrees and Certifications:
Subjects Taught: General Education class
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, GO SEAHAWKS, with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a concentration in Behavioral Studies.
I have been working in Onslow County schools for seven years. Prior to that I taught Pre-K at a private school for two years.
I was born and raised right here in Jacksonville, NC. I graduated from White Oak High, GO VIKINGS, in 1994. I have a son that is 26 and a daughter that is 21. I also have one grandchild who is just a few months old. I will be getting married this year, so stay tuned for a name change to Mrs. Dail. I was a stay at home mom for 15 years and decided to follow my dream of becoming and educator. During my free time I enjoy going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, working out and cooking.
I began working for Onslow County Schools in 2012, as an Instructional Assistant, while I pursued my career in education.
My teaching philosophy is to teach the whole child. I believe in creating a loving and structured environment for my students and take pride in calling them family during the time I share with them. I feel that every student comes to me with unique learning styles and character traits and I enjoy getting to know each of them on a personal level.
