    Repair Equipment To Be Picked Up:

    Work Order:  The School/Department is required to process a work order on the SchoolDude Website for each piece of IT equipment that requires repairs.

    Equipment Ready For Pickup:  Each piece of repair equipment must have a properly signed work order taped to the equipment and be ready for pickup.

    Equipment Pickup:  Once the Distribution Center Personnel receive the work order from the IT Department requesting the equipment be picked up, they will pick up the equipment and deliver it to the IT Department for repairs.

    Equipment Return:  Once the Distribution Center Personnel receive the work order from the IT Department stating the equipment has been repaired, the equipment will be picked up from the IT Department and returned to the respective school/department.

Surveyed Equipment

    Surveyed Equipment To Be Picked Up: 

    Work Order:  The School/Department is required to process a work order on the SchoolDude Website for each piece of surveyed equipment.

    Audio Visual & Computer (IT Type) Equipment:  All audio visual and computer (IT type) equipment and components must be surveyed and the work order signed by the IT Department Personnel before it can be picked up.

    Non IT Equipment:  All non IT equipment must have the work order signed by authorized school/department personnel before it can be picked up.

    Fixed Asset Equipment:  The fixed asset number sticker on the equipment must be removed from the equipment and attached to the work order before it can be picked up.  Note: After the equipment has been picked up a copy of the work order will be forwarded to Fixed Assets to update the equipment records.

    Equipment Ready For Pickup:  Each piece of surveyed equipment must have a properly signed work order affixed to the equipment and be ready for pickup.

    The Distribution Center Personnel will pick up surveyed equipment.
