What is the Risng 6th Grade AVID Night?

  • Each year Trexler partners with Richlands Elementary to offer a night where current 5th grade students can come and learn all about our AVID program.  During this event RES students and parents get to meet some of our current AVID students and teachers as they travel to various stations to participate in team building activities and learn about the AVID philosophies.    

How can I participate?

  • All current Richlands Elementary 5th grade students and their parents are encouraged to attend this event.  If you are considering applying for our AVID program this is a night that will not want to miss.

    *Any student who currently attends Stateside Elementary but will be attending Trexler Middle for 6th grade is also encouraged to attend this event if they are interested in learning about our AVID program.
