Glow and Grows provide opportunities for teachers to provide feedback to student relative to a specific learning task that points out student strengths, while also providing specific criterian-referenced feedback to the student on how to improve his or her performance. This tool can also be used for peers to provide each other with feedback and can be modified to allow students to self-assess using a rubric, scoring guide, and/or success criteria.
