Global Fact of the Day:
Today is Global Running Day! It is a “worldwide celebration of running that encourages everyone to get moving. During these challenging times, many people are turning to running as a solution to help release anxiety, gain perspective, cope with cabin fever, and keep up well-being.
GLOBAL CHALLENGE – Walk, run, or bike at least 1 mile (more if you can) to help our school show that we are Stronger Together (even though we are apart) by all engaging in this healthy activity – Let’s try as a school to reach 2020 miles (approx. 2.5 miles per person but we know some will do more/some less and that is ok)
If you want dojo points, you will need to complete all 5 questions! A family combination should not count any person twice. So if your family joins you, and you have a sibling that is also a CFIE Eagle, count first the miles you did, then any member not attending CFIE, should divide the miles among the CFIE Eagles. Each Eagle would then complete a form. If unable to access this form, a poll is on our school Facebook too! Do not do both – if you do the Facebook poll, need the parent to type in the comments, the student’s first name and teacher and whether the miles were walked, ran, biked, or combo.
Mrs. Dalimonte will award these Dojo points and can check both Forms and Facebook
