Ms. Beymer

My name is Jamie Beymer. I grew up in a small town less than an hour outside of Chicago.  I have 3 younger brothers that I love spending time with,  and two cats that I absolutely adore! One of my favorite things to do is go to the beach and read a good book. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places as much as I can, and spending time with my nieces and nephew. After graduating high school, I decided to move across the country to North Carolina, where I attended East Carolina University. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in Reading. After graduating, I moved to Onslow County, and I feel so lucky to be living only a few minutes away from the beach, as well as incredibly close to family! I got offered a job teaching at Meadow View Elementary, and this will be my 4th year teaching 1st grade here. I absolutely love teaching, and I'm so excited to get this new school year started- It's going to be a great year!
