We are headed into a new and exciting school year! Our team is very excited about beginning the year at Swansboro Elementary School!

My name is Mr. Luke and I moved from Reading, Pennsylvania in 2018 and currently live in Jacksonville. I am married with two children and two dogs. I love the outdoors and camping. Sitting out by a campfire under the stars brings me peace.  

I am proud to be a teacher with Onslow County School District. This year I will be teaching Third Grade at Swansboro Elementary School. This is my second year with Swansboro after teaching previously with OVS. I consider myself a lifelong learner and would like nothing more than to instill that value in my students. 

Our focus this year is to learn and grow together as a classroom community. Developing reading, math and ELA skills will be the primary drivers each day in class.
