FACE COVERINGS TO REMAIN OPTIONAL INSIDE OCS FACILITIES AND SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION
During their March 1, 2022, meeting, the OCS Board of Education approved the following:
- Face coverings are optional for all K-12 students, staff and visitors to OCS facilities.
- Face coverings are optional on all OCS transportation for all K-12 students, staff and visitors.
- Due to federal guidelines, face coverings will continue to be required in preschool programs, including preschool transportation, until further notice.
As required by state law (Session Law 2021-130 - Senate Bill 654), this decision will be reviewed at the Board's next regular meeting.
