  • Graduation Materials

    ANY SENIOR that has not yet ordered their cap and gown needs to go to to place a late order ASAP. Please contact Mr. Overby (Email:; Phone: 910-675-3886).


    Seniors who missed Senior Pictures and Make-ups may sign up to have their picture taken by the yearbook staff. These pictures will be emailed to you, if you need assistance having them printed, please contact Ms. Jones (Social Worker) or Ms. Balsamo.

    Graduation Practice

    Date and Time: Wednesday, June 8th @ 1:00pm ATTENDANCE REQUIRED

    • Students will receive tickets at graduation practice. Everyone, including children, must have a ticket!
      • Number of tickets per student: 6
    • Students not present at graduation practice will not participate in the graduation ceremony.
    • Students will receive their accaldes at graduation practice. Accaldes provided by the school will need to be returned prior to receiving the diploma. 

    Graduation Ceremony

    June 9th, 2022 

    Time: 6:30pm

    Dress Code

    • Appropriate attire for formal ceremonies, students should wear dress slacks, with a collared dress shirt with a tie, dresses/skirts of appropriate length (knee length), and dress shoes. Please let us know if you need assistance with these requirements. 
    • High heels and strapless shoes are discouraged for safety. 
    • No jeans, sunglasses, flip flops, canvas or tennis shoes/ 
    • Seniors may not alter their cap or gown in ANY WAY
    • Only cords provided by the school may be worn to the ceremony. Students are free to purchase cords for their personal collection.

    Important Information for Seniors and Parents

    • Seniors who do not earn a passing grade in all courses they are currently enrolled in (including those not required for graduation) will not participate in graduation. If you have concerns, please contact your students' teachers or Ms. Balsamo to discuss options. 
    • Doors will be open for an hour prior to the start of the ceremony, any on who leaves after the start of the ceremony will not be allowed to re-enter the gym. 
    • Pictures are only allowed from a seated position.
    • NO balloons, posters, or banners. These obstruct the view of others.  


    All fees will need to be paid prior to receiving tickets or a diploma. If you need a waiver or assistance meeting any of the stipulations above, please contact Ms. Balsamo (Counselor) or Ms. Jones (Social Worker)
