Some parent tips to ensure we have a great year:
Create an account for parent portal. This is an online program where you can see your child's progress such as missing assignments and late work as well as grades on each assignment. You can do this by visiting the main office and filling out some paper work or printing the form on the school website and returning it to the office. They will ask to see ID.
Make sure we are connected on Class Dojo as I will send out weekly and monthly news for important updates, events, classroom assignments, student behavior and conference sign-ups.
Check student Leadership folders and agenda's routinely for updates, calendars, newsletters and graded assignments.
Please use Class Dojo to ask me questions about ELA/Social Studies/student behavior, etc. and to reply for conferences. This is my best means of communication. You can also e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org
