The North Carolina Social and Emotional Learning Newsletter is provided by the North Carolina Social and Emotional Learning Implementation Team which is comprised of cross-agency and cross-division representation from the State Board of Education, Department of Public Instruction, and Department of Health and Human Services, as well as representation from implementing districts and families/caregivers.  This team is working to scale up systemic social and emotional learning across all North Carolina public schools.
