Hi, my name is Cecile Serrano Domingo. I was born and raised in the Philippines.  I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the Republic Central Colleges and my Master’s In Educational Management from Pampanga Agricultural Colleges.

This is my 17^th year teaching. I have taught 4 years in Arizona and 2 years in California. This is my first-year teaching here in Onslow County School District. This year is extra special for me because I have taught virtually for 2 years and I am more than excited about going back face to face.

I have a true passion for working with our young learners! My role is to help each child progress in all areas of their development – academic, social, language and motor. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment.
