Elementary Robotics 2026
Elementary Robotics Competition -- Saturday, April 11, 2026
Excitement filled the air as elementary teams came together for the 4th OCS Robotics Competition at New Bridge Middle School! Students brought imagination to life, crafting creative stories to guide their robots through a series of challenges—pushing, lifting, and maneuvering objects before skillfully returning to a designated spot. Their coding talents were on full display, blending innovation with storytelling - some teams even wore costumes to support their efforts. The energy ramped up even more during the spontaneous challenge, where teams of two had to think fast and code on the spot to complete tasks! It was an unforgettable day packed with technology, creativity, and forward-thinking innovation.
When the final scores were tallied, Meadow View Elementary soared to 1st place, Summersill secured 2nd, and Southwest Elementary earned 3rd. In the spontaneous challenge, Meadow View Elementary took the top spot once again, followed by Stateside Robotics Space Force in 2nd and Coastal’s Leo’s Dragon Guild in 3rd.
Congratulations to all the incredible competitors, dedicated coaches, and enthusiastic supporters who made the day such a success! 🚀🤖
