Cognicon Camp
Cognicon Middle School Gifted Enrichment
During the year 2015-2016 school year, one middle school gifted specialist asked the question, "What additional opportunities can we offer for our middle school gifted students?" From that question, the first Cognicon summer camp experience began. Each year this camp has grown. The camp is offered to approximately 100 middle school gifted students at no cost. The focus of Cognicon is always on learning about oneself. serving others, and making connections with gifted learners from other schools.
In 2022, Cognicon expanded to elementary grades. The elementary camp is similar in many ways to the middle school camp while having a different theme.
Registration information is shared gifted students after February 1st each year.
