Parent-School Partnership Agreement

Each Title I school is responsible for developing and distributing a Parent-School Partnership Agreement that is specific to the school.  This document should state the responsibilities each party has in ensuring the best possible school experience for the child.

Every child in a Schoolwide school must have a signed agreement on file in the homeroom teacher's classroom.  Homeroom teachers should provide the Title I teacher with documentation of the agreements received.
New students enrolling in Schoolwide schools throughout the year must receive a Partnership Agreement for the classroom teacher's files.

For the 2018-19 academic year all Title I eligible elementary and middle schools are operating under the schoolwide model.
