Exceptional Children (EC)  

The Exceptional Children's preschool services are for children who have developmental delays, speech/language delays and other delays that affect their education.  EC services for children ages 3-5 are provided in a variety of settings throughout the county.  All students served by the Onslow County Schools Preschool department for Exceptional Children must live in the Onslow County Schools attendance area.
