MAINTENANCE

 

Our maintenance department is made up of just under 80 diverse and extremely knowledgeable individuals who maintain 42 total facilities totaling over 4,000,000 million square feet, 1,500 acres of land & thousands of pieces of equipment, all of which keeps maintenance one of the most logistically involved divisions in OCS. Our maintenance department can be broken down into eight different service areas: Facility Management, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Grounds, Painting & Custodial Services. Together, all are essential components that continuously work together to ensure success in the daily operations of OCS. 

A tremendous amount of coordination and diligent work between departments, divisions and private contractors must happen in order for our team to conduct & successfully complete our daily operations & projects. Our team is committed to the "WHATEVER IT TAKES" mentality to maintain a safe & healthy environment that enhances the teaching & learning experience of both our educators & students.
