The OCS Procurement Manual details procurement procedures and processes and provides further guidance for carrying out procurement activities effectively and efficiently in compliance with N.C. General Statutes, applicable federal law and the Uniform Guidance, applicable regulations of the State of N.C. Division of Purchase and Contract and the policies of the Onslow County Schools Board of Education.
