Getting Started
Important Timeline
Please create your account as soon as possible, as critical information about the start of the school year will be communicated through your Portal Account. Your activation link will expire on the date specified in your email.
Check Your Email
Look for an email from Infinite Campus with your unique activation link and instructions.
Click the Link
Click on the unique URL in your email to begin the account setup process. You must complete this immediately after clicking.
Create Your Account
Follow the prompts to create your username and password, then verify your email address.
Start Exploring
Once verified, you can access all your child's information and begin using the portal features.
Account Creation Process
Method 1: Direct Link (Recommended)
- Click on the unique URL provided in your email
- Complete the process immediately after clicking
- Create your username and password
- Enter and verify your email address
Important: The activation link will expire on the date specified in your email.
Method 2: Manual Setup
If the direct link doesn't work:
- Go to the Parent Portal website
- Click "New User?" at the bottom of the login area
- Enter your Activation Key from the email
- Create your username and password
- Enter your email address twice
- Check your email to verify your address
Multiple Students?
If you have multiple students in the district, you may receive multiple activation emails. However, you only need to complete the account creation process once to access information for all your children.

Download the "Campus Parent" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for convenient mobile access to all portal features.

Important Information About Updates
Only certain fields within Infinite Campus can be edited by parents. For any address changes, you must visit your child's school office and provide proof of residency. The portal allows limited updates to contact information only.
Address Information
Update your phone number and some contact details through the self-service options. Remember: physical address changes require visiting the school office with proof of residency.
How to Access:
- Select the 3 Lines Menu (โฐ)
- Select "More"
- Select "Address Information"
- Update phone number and address (contact info only)
Note: You can update phone numbers, but address changes for school enrollment require visiting your school office.
Family Information
Update basic family contact information and emergency contact details for your household members.
How to Access:
- Select the 3 Lines Menu (โฐ)
- Select "More"
- Select "Family Information"
- Update family contact details
Update phone numbers, email addresses, and relationship information for household members.
Non-Household Relationships
Add or update information for non-household contacts such as grandparents, guardians, or other authorized individuals.

- Select "Add" to create new contact
- Fill in relationship information
Add emergency contacts, authorized pickup persons, or other important family contacts.
School Office Required for:
- Address Changes: Any change of residence requires visiting your school office with proof of residency documents
- Legal Name Changes: Must be processed through the school office with proper documentation
- Custody Documentation: Legal custody changes require school office verification
- Medical Information: Health-related updates need school nurse or office approval

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Activation Link Not Working
- Check if the link has expired (date shown in email)
- Try copying and pasting the full URL into your browser
- Use Method 2 (manual setup) with your activation key
- Contact your school office for a new activation key
Email Verification Issues
- Have not received the email yet? Automated emails will go out each Friday to those contacts who are marked as Guardian, have a valid email address in the system, and who have not yet created a Parent Portal account.
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Wait a few minutes - emails can be delayed
- Make sure you entered your email address correctly
- Try using a different email address if possible
Login Problems
- Double-check your username and password
- Remember usernames and passwords are case-sensitive
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser or device
Mobile App Issues
- Ensure you downloaded "Campus Parent" (not Campus Student)
- Update the app to the latest version
