Mrs. Amanda Dempsey

Hi!  am Amanda Dempsey and I am so excited to be a part of the 2nd grade Clear View Team! This will be my 13th year teaching - 11 years in 2nd grade and 2 years in third grade. I have taught at Meadow View Elementary and at Heritage Elementary. I am looking forward to seeing familiar faces from MVES and HES! I can't wait to meet my new 2nd grade friends. We are going to have a wonderful year of learning and growing together. 

I was born and raised in Chinquapin, NC and continue to live there with my husband (Jonathan) and son (Colton). In my spare time, I soak up as much time as possible with my family.

I will be a positive and constructive role model for all students who enter my classroom. I will encourage students to have a growth mindset, to work hard, and to achieve their personal goals.
