I received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1991. In 2006, while working in Hoke County Schools (Raeford, NC) I earned licensure in Academically/ Intellecutally Gifted Edcation, and in 2008 I added Reading K-12.  2019-2020 will be my 22nd year teaching, and my 13th year at Clyde Erwin Elementary. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and served as a reading specialist. I spent the first 25 years of my life in rural Pennsylvania. In 1995 I relocated to North Carolina. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs, Gin-Gin and Jack. During the 2019 - 2020 school year I look forward to continue working with fifth grade students.
