Mr. Brandon Sanfilippo

I am extremely proud to call Silverdale Home and be a part of such a dedicated, hardworking school family!

While I enjoyed my childhood and attending school in Buffalo, NY, I moved to Onslow County, NC in 2013 when I took my first teaching position. For the next eight years, I taught physical education at Clyde Erwin Elementary. While at Clyde Erwin, I was also involved in developing a behavior support system, coaching STRIDE, robotics, and academic derby teams, coordinating talent shows, and developing a robotics program among many other dedications. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Clyde Erwin, I began pursuing my administration degree in 2020 from East Carolina University. Previously, I attended Canisius College of Buffalo, NY where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education in 2012 and a master’s degree in Sport Administration in 2013. 

I am excited to begin my administration career with Silverdale! I look forward to working with and getting to know the students, families, and all stakeholders of the Silverdale Community. Go Bears!
