Mrs. Christy Cox

I am an Onslow County native. I graduated from Southwest High School (Go Stallions), completed my Bachelor's Degree at UNC-Wilmington (Go Seahawks!), and my Master's Degree at the University of St. Francis (Go Saints!). After spending 15 years working in the Healthcare Industry and Higher Education, my passion for knowledge led me into teaching. I am entering my second-year here at Jacksonville Commons Middle School, where I am teaching STEM courses for 6th-8th graders. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to a wonderful year introducing our students (your children) to the reality that the skies are the limit! Our future is here at JCMS! It is a great day to be a Knight!
