Mrs. Pamela Mallery

I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with my BA in Elementary Education. I started my teaching career in Charlotte in 2014. I took over a 1st grade classroom for a teacher to go on maternity leave and since then I have taught third grade every year. I am originally from Michigan! I moved to North Carolina about 10 years ago. I lived in Charlotte, North Carolina until 4 years ago when we moved to the area. My Husband, Christopher and I have been together a little over 10 years and have a spunky 9 year old, Bayleigh, who will be starting fourth grade this year here at Dixon! We also have a 2 year old daughter, Blayke and of course our fur-son, Kuechly (Go Panther's!), he is our 5 year old goldendoodle!

3 Random things about me...

1. I love my Carolina Panthers! #KeepPounding
2. I love coffee! Not even for the caffeine but the flavor! (Who am I kidding, the caffeine helps!)
3. My favorite color is purple

At Dixon Elementary we will be learning about cultures all over the world, but in third grade we will spend more time focusing on the continent of Africa. My class will also be learning more about Egypt.
