Ms. April Hays

Hello everyone!!! Excited to get the new year started. I teach Math and ELA for 8th grade and I truly enjoy my job. I love to see every student succeed. 

I started my love of teaching as a sub on base in Okinawa, then I went to a Christian School as a History teacher for a year and then came back to the states and started working as a TA. I then decided to teach here in Onslow county and started my journey here 4 years ago.  I have my CA Soccer Coach E License and have coached soccer in NC, Okinawa and CA for over 16 years.
