Welcome to Northwoods Park Middle School! I am excited to be your math teacher this year!

Although I am new to Northwoods Park this year, I am not new to teaching. This will be my 4th year in middle school, & my 10th year of teaching overall. I have taught in two districts in Virginia, & actually used to teach at Stateside Elementary here in Onslow County!

My husband is a Marine, & we have two daughters-Charlotte (5) & Molly (2)-who keep us very busy at home. I love coffee, running, & listening to music.

My goal for you in my class this year is to grow as problem solvers and thinkers. I do not expect math to become your favorite subject (I promise!), but I do expect you to try & put forth your very best. I want you to be able to tackle all math problems in your future and know you have the skills to be successful, even if it's not your favorite :)
