Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Quiroga

My name is Sandra Judith Quiroga. I was born in Bogotá, Colombia. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Philology and languages, and I also have additional studies specializing in Computing and Technology, Arts in learning, and teaching processes through play. I also have a Master's degree in Bilingual Education. I have worked for more than 23 years as a teacher. I first taught Spanish and then English in middle and high school, and I taught Science in elementary school.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my husband, family, and friends. I enjoy everything around me, especially landscapes with trees and animals. I love going to the movies, reading, listening to music, and dancing.

I am so excited to be part of the third, fourth and fifth DLI Clyde Erwin Elementary School to experience a cultural exchange that will strengthen my methodological and pedagogical knowledge.
