My name is Sandra Judith Quiroga, I was born in Bogotá - Colombia. I have a bachelor’s Degree in Philology and languages, and I also have additional studies specializing in Computing and Technology, Arts in learning, and teaching processes through play. I also have a Master's degree in Bilingual Education. I have worked for more than 22 years as a teacher. I first taught Spanish and then English in middle and high school, and I have recently taught Science in elementary school.
In my free time, I like to spend time with my husband, family, and friends. I enjoy everything around me, especially landscapes with trees and animals. I love going to the movies, reading, listening to music, and dancing.
I am so excited to be part of the Clyde Erwin Elementary school to experience a cultural exchange that will strengthen my methodological and pedagogical knowledge. Such learning will favor my teaching practice and will contribute to improve the academic and disciplinary processes of children of second and third grade and, therefore, of the entire educational community.
