I received my high school education locally at Swansboro High School and graduated in 1988.
From there, I continued my education at UNCW and received my Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and graduated in 1992.
I began my teaching career at Clyde Erwin Elementary in Aug. of 1993. I taught at Clyde Erwin for 4 years.
When Hunters Creek Elementary opened in Aug. of 1997, I began teaching at HCE and have taught here for the last 25 years.
