Ms. Grindstaff

  Hi! I am Haley Grindstaff, a 5th grade teacher here at Clear View Elementary. I am so excited to be part of this team as we dive into this 2022-2023 school year in Onslow County’s brand-new school! I was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia prior to going to Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia. I attained my degree in Elementary Education while competing as an NCAA DII softball player. I will be a first-year teacher this year after completing my CTR (Clinical Teaching in Residency) in Elkins. 

  Outside of the classroom, I love to fill my time with weight lifting, exploring new places, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. Some of my favorite things include frozen grapes, fro-yo, chocolate, candles, and fuzzy socks! I am a very energetic person and you can count on me putting my quarterback skills to work at recess. I am so excited to spend this next year learning and growing with each of you!
