Mrs. Kaylan Martinez

Howdy! 

I am Mrs. Kaylan Martinez.

I am so excited I get to teach your Monarchs this year!

I grew up in Edinburg, TX where I graduated in the top 5% of my large high school class. My hard work in high school afforded me the opportunity to attend Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. I am extremely proud of being an Aggie and believe that the choice to attend school there is the single most important decision I have ever made. 

I graduated from Texas A&M with my Double Major in 2012. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communications as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Race & Ethnic Relations.

I have worked and volunteered a lot since graduating. Some of my jobs include customer relations and social media management. I am a mother, military spouse, volunteer, and am now thankful I get to call myself an educator.

I personally believe that leading with love is the key to a student’s success. I hope my students know that their success means more to me than just getting through the material. My door is ALWAYS open, so come on in.
