Mrs. Frances Turner

I am excited to be a Falcon for the 2022-2023 school year!  I am a native of Onslow County and love our Richlands Community!  I have served as a special education teacher in both middle and high school, an exceptional children's program coach, assistant principal, and administrator during my teaching career with Onslow County Schools.  Prior to OCS, I taught overseas at US Army Base Bamburg, Germany.  I started teaching for Winston Salem- Forsyth County Schools in the foothills of NC.  

This school year I will be working with 6-8th graders and their families to build skills and GROW their knowledge!  Please reach out if I can be of assistance or answer any questions regarding special education services for our students!
