April Bonney

Hello. My name is April Bonney and I'm the wife of a Marine Veteran and a Marine Veteran myself. I'm originally from Massachusetts but when my husband retired from the Marine Corps in 2022, we decided to stay because we love Jacksonville so much. My teaching journey began on Camp Lejeune, where I used to substitute teach at one of the Elementary Schools. It was so fun getting to know those kiddos and gaining a different perspective of military life. Now I love being a part of the Northwoods Elementary Staff and our Kindergarten team.
