    ELA- 3. Use text features to understand text

    * PRACTICE YOUR MULTIPLICATION FACTS DAILY

    Please help your child with two steps word problem and Main Idea...these continue to be a difficult task for some of our kids to grasp.

    When your child reads daily, ask them questions such as What is the main idea of the book/text? What is the lesson in the story? Why did _____ say _______? Why was _______scared? Where in the text did you find that information? What is the meaning of this word? Where in the text can you find evidence to support your answer? What can you infer from that statement?

Hello, I am Sasha Robinson and I am from the beautiful island of Jamaica. I have been a trained teacher for nine(9) years. I am currently a third grade teacher at Morton Elementary. My hobbies are reading, socialising and cooking. Teaching is my calling, it is not just a job, It's what I do. I love that as a teacher I am always learning and growing.
