    I graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2002. 

    I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. 

     

    Experience:

    21 years of teaching experience in Elementary Education in grades kindergarten, first, second, 

    and third grade. 

     

    Bio:
    I am originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina. I have lived here for 45 years. I am 

    married and have 2 children. My daughter works in Onslow County and my

    son is a student at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  I am a

    Parkwood Elementary School native. I attended school here from kindergarten

    to fifth grade. I love participating in sports and spending time with my family.
