Education:  I graduated with my Elementary Education degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington 

Professional Mission Statement:  As an Instructional Coach, I will create a positive environment for students, teachers, and staff. My goal will be to enhance the strengths of each and motivate them to cultivate new strategies to improve in all areas. My perfect world is a place where every child is recognized for the gifts he/she brings to our classroom.

Bio:  I am starting my 33rd year in education. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 4th grade.  I have also held other instructional positions. I will start a new adventure as the Instructional Coach this year! I am excited about this new challenge at NWES!

I live in Richlands. I have raised my family here and now I have grandchildren who live here and are attending the Richlands schools. I have one fur baby that I spoil! I love spending time at the beach and reading!
