    Our Mission: To provide all students opportunities to earn industry credentials and gain skills necessary for a successful transition to post-secondary education or a career, in a global society.
    Our Purpose: To provide the Relevance in what we study
     
    Career & Technical Education provides course offerings that meet student needs, interests, abilities, and aspirations.  The availability of specific courses is determined by response to opportunities for employment, advanced education and practical life application.


    Middle school students may participate in exploratory courses in business and information technologies, technology systems, and career decisions. 

    In the high schools, courses are offered in the following areas:

    • Agriculture Education
    • Business, Financial and Information Technology Education
    • Career Development Education
    • Family and Consumer Sciences Education
    • Health Science Education
    • Marketing and Entrepreneurship Education
    • Technology Engineering and Design Education
    • Trade and Industrial Education. 

    Each high school has a Career Development and Special Populations Coordinator (CDC/SPC) to support the school-to-career connection and facilitate business/industry partnerships.
