Originally from New Hampshire, I have been teaching since 2000. For the past sixteen years, I have taught all grades at the high school level, including the AP and IB programs. 

I have coached a variety of sports, including lacrosse, soccer, softball and tennis. In 2010, I was named the NH softball coach of the year. Currently, I am the assistant Boys' Tennis coach and the Varsity Boys' Lacrosse coach at Swansboro HS. In the past, I have advised school newspaper clubs which have been featured in publications as well as having presented at several conferences, including ISTE in 2010 and several online symposiums. 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching my sons, being outdoors, and of course, watching and cheering on all the New England teams...Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics. Boston, the city of champions!
