I’m an East Carolina graduate with a BFA in painting and a degree in education. I have one daughter in 10th grade and a son in his second year of college. We have two dogs, two cats, and we live in a big red barn.

My goal as an art educator is to inspire all students to become knowledgeable artists. I strive to teach students everyone has talents. At the end of each semester, every student will have an artistic tool belt with knowledge of at least 15 artists, technique experimentations, art professions, and an overall better understanding of the arts.
