Mrs. Madeleine Hobbs

Hello! My name is Madeleine Hobbs, I teach 8th grade Social Studies at Swansboro Middle School. Being a Swansboro native, I am thrilled to be teaching in our friendly city by the sea! I attended East Carolina University where I earned a BS in History Education. This will be my 7th year at Swansboro Middle School and I look forward to meeting you all! Go Pirates!

    Grading Policy

    The 8th Grade Social Studies Department will be using the Total Points system for grading.  Each assignment will be worth a certain number of points.  Larger assignments, such as tests, will be worth more points.
