Girl on the Run is a program designed to build confidence in our young girls! We spend the first part of our practice with a lesson and the second part working on our running. We cover topics such as choices, positive self-talk, beauty, and connections. The girls spend time learning about themselves as well as their teammates and building relationships with each other. At the end of the season, we will be running a 5k race together - what an accomplishment that will be for these young ladies!
Girls on the Run is coached by Sarah Perez and Monica Krawchuk. We are excited about getting this season going! More information will be shared soon for the 2022 Spring season!
