Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Tracy Hill

Greetings Eagle Families!

My name is Tracy Hill and I am an Onslow County native. This is my 29th year working for students and families in the Onslow County School System. I have two sons, both products of the Onslow County School System.

I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in French Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master’s Degree in School Administration from East Carolina University. I have had the fortune of working at the elementary, middle, and high school levels as a teacher and an assistant principal. My career began teaching French at Summersill Elementary School. From there, I taught French at Trexler Middle School and Southwest High School. I have served as an Assistant Principal at Jacksonville High School, Parkwood Elementary School, and Carolina Forest International Elementary School. I had the privilege of being a principal at Morton Elementary School and am delighted to be entering my second year as the principal here in the Forest!

This school year we will be creating a new strategic plan for our school and will be seeking feedback from our parents and community. Please feel free to contact me at or at 910-346-1778 with any questions or ideas. It is my desire to continue promoting the traditions of this great school and I truly believe "In the pursuit of excellence there is no finish line!"
