Hello, my name is Mary Bamber and I am from Swansboro, NC.  I originally graduated from UNCW with have a Bachelors in Recreational Therapy and Studio Art.  I worked in the mental health field for 15 years with children and adolescents. In the past 3 years I have taken Elementary Education courses at ECU while working as a EC-TA at Hunters Creek Elementary School. I completed my student teaching here at Sand Ridge Elementary School in one of the first grade classes this past Fall 2017.  It is exciting to be working at Sand Ridge Elementary school with such a dedicated and supportive team.
